Ordering system for restaurants

From table to kitchen, on one ticket.

Guests order from the QR menu, the order lands on the kitchen screen and the printer, and the bill keeps itself. Menu, kitchen, till and stock in one panel. We take no cut of your orders.

  • No app for guests to install
  • Works with Bixolon and ESC/POS printers
  • Set up in Turkish or English

How it works

The life of an order

  1. 01

    At the table

The guest scans the QR code. No app, no sign-up; the menu opens in the phone’s browser.

  2. 02

    In the kitchen

The order appears on the kitchen display at once and can print a ticket. The cook marks it “cooking” and “ready”.

  3. 03

    On the floor

Ready orders show up for the floor staff. Guests can call a waiter or ask for the bill from the table.

  4. 04

    At the till

The table’s bill builds up by itself. Split it, take payment, and recipe ingredients come off the stock.

Features

Built for a restaurant’s working day

Floor, kitchen and till see the same information at the same time. Nobody carries tickets around.

A menu that looks like yours

Categories, portion options, extras, allergens and photos. Change a price in the panel and the menu on the table changes with it; no reprinting QR codes.

  • Import from a spreadsheet or a photo of your menu
  • Translate the menu into several languages
  • Hide sold-out items in one tap

A screen instead of paper

Orders arrive in sequence with a waiting timer on each ticket. The cook changes the status in one tap; the floor sees it immediately.

  • Sound alert for new orders
  • Kitchen tickets on thermal printers
  • Dark screen readable from a distance

The bill builds up at the table

Every order from the same table goes onto one bill. Split it per person or item by item, and record cash and card separately.

  • Guests can ask for the bill
  • Service charge and VAT settings
  • Print the bill

Stock that follows the recipe

Give each dish a recipe; every delivered order takes its ingredients off the stock. The panel tells you what is running low.

  • Ingredients and suppliers
  • Hide dishes when stock runs out
  • Movement history

FAQ

Questions we hear often

What is QRLite?

QRLite is a browser-based QR menu and order management system for restaurants, cafés and eateries. Guests open the menu with the QR code on the table and order; the order goes to the kitchen display and thermal printer, and the table’s bill and stock movements are recorded automatically. It is built in Türkiye by Tegmensoft.

Do guests need to install an app?

No. Scanning the QR code with the phone camera is enough; the menu opens in the browser with no sign-up.

Which printers does it work with?

Bixolon printers via the Web Print SDK, ESC/POS thermal printers on Android through the RawBT app, and the browser print dialog everywhere else.

What happens if the internet drops?

A menu opened before is shown from the copy saved on the phone. Orders placed offline wait on the device and are sent when the connection returns. The kitchen display and panel need a connection.

Do I have to type my menu in?

No. Import it from an Excel/CSV sheet or a photo of your menu, then edit it in the panel.

Do you take a commission on orders?

No. QRLite is a flat monthly subscription; we take no share of your orders.

I run several branches.

Manage them from one account. Price changes on the main menu flow to the branches, and each branch’s orders are tracked separately.

Who owns my data?

Your menu, order and customer data are yours. Our privacy notice (in Turkish) explains what is processed and why.

Let’s try it with your menu.

In a short call we’ll import your menu and show how it looks at the table, in the kitchen and at the till.
